Chuck is a licensed State of Arkansas Real Estate Agent. He is also an attorney, licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas. He received his Juris Doctorate from UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, graduating with honors and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. He received an Occupational Instructor certification from the United States Air Force.
Chuck spent 17 years in the United States Air Force before medically retiring. During his service, he worked on C-130 aircraft as a crew chief. He was later selected to be an instructor. Chuck completed his bachelor’s degree, and he was accepted into law school while serving on active duty. It was during law school that Chuck took an interest in real estate. After graduating and passing the bar, Chuck joined his wife Deborah, who was already a solo practice attorney with a firm in Cabot, Arkansas. Their practice focuses on assisting real estate investors as well as estate planning. For Chuck, representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions is a natural extension of their practice.
